All of our items are handmade here in our shop. The Processing time on our Tumblers is 7-14 business days (business days are considered Monday- Friday excluding holidays). This does not include Shipping Time.

As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur. We do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made on our end. But if you have any problems or issues, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
